I am a licensed Naturopathic Physician practicing in Madison Valley in Seattle. I am a primary care physician with a strong emphasis on digestive health, autoimmune illness, environmental medicine, mind body medicine, fatigue, thyroid conditions, food allergies, anxiety, depression, stress, nutrition, detoxification, and preventative medicine. I provide individualized medicine from a foundation of Vitalism and NatureCure. I help patients navigate their journey towards optimal health within busy modern lives, providing appropriate therapies that will affect the greatest change toward wellness and balance.
I specialize in Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Hydrotherapy, Biofeedback & MindBody Medicine, Botanical Medicine, Flower Essences, & Homeopathy. I have over a decade of advanced training in Herbal Medicine, and love to bring this into my practice. I have advanced training in German Hydrotherapy techniques as well as American Naturopathic Constitutional Hydrotherapy.
I specialize in balancing the nervous system to help with anxiety, stress, depression, digestive health, and pain management.
