My ideal clients are men who want to take control of their health, performance, and longevity. They often present with low testosterone, fatigue, reduced drive, metabolic challenges, or chronic pain, and are looking for a more precise, medically guided approach. I follow a personalized, data-supported model integrating bioidentical hormone therapy, testosterone replacement, GLP-1 medications, peptides, regenerative medicine (PRP, prolotherapy, neural therapy), physical medicine, IV therapy, and functional and specialty lab testing to restore function, improve recovery, and optimize long-term performance.

What is the hCG diet?
The HCG diet is an extreme regimen developed in the 1950s for rapid weight loss. It combines a strict caloric restriction of 500 calories per day with daily injections of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG). This hormone, naturally associated with pregnancy, is produced by the body in high amounts during the first trimester to stimulate other hormones that support fetal growth. Advocates of the HCG diet believe that hCG may boost metabolism and promote weight loss. However, more recent research indicates that any weight loss from this diet is likely due to the severe calorie restriction rather than the effects of hCG. The FDA does not recognize hCG as a weight-loss treatment and has warned consumers about potential risks of using the unregulated hormone, as well as the dangers associated with the extreme caloric restriction the diet imposes.
