Endocrinology is a special balancing act between thyroid, adrenals, sugar regulation and hormones. I do a full set of labs and any specialty testing that seems appropriate to your issue(s). Then I do a written functional analysis of the labs (best if its a few years of labs) to find the underlying patterns that cause the real root issue.
