As a Vermont licensed naturopathic doctor, I provide primary care services for patients, including annual adult and well woman exams, lab testing, and referrals. My approach to treatment is holistic, addressing the whole person and the underlying cause of presenting health concerns. Although I work with a variety of common diagnoses like hypertension and hypothyroidism, my niche is in chronic disease and mental health. I believe the body produces symptoms for a reason. I strive to identify the underlying causes of those symptoms and guide the body back into an environment where it can heal itself.
I offer 60-minute new patient visits and 30-45 minute follow-up appointments to provide the time to listen and obtain a thorough understanding of your concerns. Based on my evaluation, I provide treatment options that may include dietary changes, herbs, and supplements. Together, we decide on the option(s) that best fits your needs and goals at that time.
Supporting mental-emotional health is a vital component of healing the physical body. It's especially important when treating chronic disease, which is why establishing care with the right practitioner can make a significant difference. I am happy to offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if I am the right fit for you.
