Hi! I’m Dr. Bethany and I am so honored to share my passion for naturopathic medicine with you. I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) trained as a primary care physician and have completed additional training focused in reproductive health, fertility awareness method, and pelvic floor therapy. Some of my favorite areas of health to support include: Preconception/postpartum care, menstrual disorders including PCOS, PMS, PMDD, endocrine imbalances including Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. I practice with an emphasis on body literacy and cycle tracking for adolescents through adulthood.
I have been able to witness both personally and professionally how natural medicine can help support healthy pregnancies and babies. I strive to practice with a goal of helping my patients understand the “why” behind their symptoms and working together as a team to peel back the layers to find the root cause of imbalance.
As a mom of two little ones, I understand the strong need for more comprehensive postpartum and lactation support, and I want to be that support for you long beyond the conventional 6-week postpartum timeframe.
