I've built a practice that helps women from adolescence through menopause navigate complex health issues related to mensturation, menopause, gut dysbiosis, inflammation, cardiometabolic disease, dermatological issues, and more. My patients are highly motivated and seek to gain a greater understanding of their bodies and what changes they can make to sustain health through all stages of life.
I combine my knowledge of naturopathic principles with modern day standard of care to tailor an effective, safe, and evidence-informed treatment plan to create a shift toward a healthier lifestyle. I offer functional lab testing and treatment through botanical medicine, nutraceuticals, hormone replacement therapy, pharmaceuticals, peptides, and more.
