Due to my own health challenges, I was compelled to seek a new approach to healing. What I’ve learned through nutrition has made me passionate about helping others who face struggles like disordered eating, inflammation, and gut dysfunction. I work with individuals and families who have experienced loss of health and wellness due to a misalignment of the upper vertebra in the neck, called the atlas. This can occur from an accident or injury, or just develop over time. When the atlas is misaligned, numerous symptoms may be signaling a problem such as migraines, low back pain, fibromyalgia, digestive issues, high blood pressure, tinnitus, TMJ, vertigo, insomnia, depression, infertility, neck and shoulder pain, hip pain and short leg. I am a practicing member of the National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association (NUCCA).

It wasn't until I learned about the healing power of a real food, anti-inflammatory diet and discovered some food sensitivities that I saw a dramatic relief in my digestive and joint symptoms, plus an improvement in how my brain functioned. Now, I am passionate about helping others find their own relief, breakthroughs, and successes in their journey of healing using simple, nutritious foods!

For my MS, MD and PHD degrees I specialized in the areas of neurology and gerontology.I practiced acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in the American Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AAAOM) and TCM health Center in Minnesota from October 2004 to April 2010.
