Since 80% of your immune system is in the gut, foods can act as "triggers" causing inflammation, pain, diarrhea and more. Your immune system is as unique as a fingerprint, so there is no one-size-fits all solution. What might give one person a migraine doesn't necessarily give someone else a migraine. I personalize my approach by combining nutrition, laboratory analysis and supplements (if needed). Most importantly I listen. You know your body better than anyone. Together we'll develop an approach that works for you.

I approach nutrition and healthcare from an integrative and functional perspective. This approach is firmly entrenched in the belief that the body has the capacity to heal itself if given the right tools.

I have received extensive training in immunology, adverse food reactions, and practical application of dietary treatment for food-sensitive patients and am one of the most experienced Certified LEAP Therapists in the country.
