I am a Non Diet/HAES Dietitian and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. My passion is to help people who struggle with chronic dieting and eating disorders. I help my clients develop a healthy REAL INTUITIVE relationship with food, by stopping the "food worrying" and labeling food as "good or bad" and becoming their own experts when it comes to listening to their bodies. My approach is very unique and individualized. I work with children, adolescents, college students, adults and all genders.

What I love about Five Element style acupuncture is that it helps to get at the root of long standing problems. Whether you are dealing with chronic pain, eating disorders, relationship issues, deep seated fear, anger issues, prolonged grief, feelings of isolation and sadness, all these things can be worked with with Five Element acupuncture. Though you may not think of acupuncture for emotional or mental issues, in Chinese Medicine they are not separate. Usually it is the emotional component that is the key to unlocking the physical manifestation of illness. This is deep and lasting healing.

I believe in using food not just to fuel, but to heal. Building a strong nutritional foundation is the first step of preventing or managing chronic disease, behavior health, pain management, and inflammation. As a registered dietitian nutritionist practicing evidence-based medical nutrition therapy in a holistic way, I will collaborate with you to customize a wellness plan that best fits your needs. It is my goal to educate, counsel, and empower those who feel ready to start their wellness journey.

First taught by my grandmother to help with my father's headaches, I have been doing massage all my life. I pursued it as a career after receiving prenatal massage while pregnant with my daughter. I offer a treatment that is holistic in nature - personally addressing body, mind and spirit - focusing on what the client needs when (s)he comes in. I use an integrated approach to massage seamlessly blending many modalities that I have learned throughout my many years of practice.
