Dr. Jessica Dauz Bihuniak, PhD, RD graduated from the University of Connecticut’s (UCONN) Coordinated Program in Dietetics and became a Registered Dietitian in 2007. She then went on to obtain her MS in Health Promotion Sciences and PhD in Nutritional Sciences from UCONN. She has worked in inpatient, outpatient, research and academic settings.
