Dr. Zhang is a NYS Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist who has over 20+ years experience in both traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. She is the former Executive Board Director of United Alliance of NYs Licensed Acupuncturists and former professor and clinical supervisor of the New York College of TCM. She has much experience with: Infertility, Post Covid Syndrome, Men's Health Issues( ED, premature ejaculation, prostatitis, BPH, urinary dribbling), Pediatric Diseases(ADHD, delayed development), Women's Health Issues (Hyperemesis gravidarum, irregular menstruation, endometriosis, low libido, menopause, PCOS, PMS),

My goal in my practice is following the theory by Traditional Chinese Medicine, committed to helping patients live a life of mental and physical well-being. I practice Chinese Acupuncture and Herbology not only to treat a variety of physical symptoms but also as a preventative to many common conditions and ailments. I bring to my practice extensive knowledge of the body gained from my training as a physician and Ob/Gyn in China, and through my 18 years as an practicing acupuncturist. At our clinic we work holistically in both our diagnosis (TCM) and treatment. We believe that pain and disease both manifest from imbalances in Qi, which is the fundamental energy flowing through us. An imbalance in Qi can cause many problems throughout the body.

Dr.Frank Zhao is an Acupuncture expert who has been practicing for over 40 years. He graduated from Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and obtained his MD in TCM in 1984. He obtained his MD & Ph.D. in Neurology and Neurologic Science from Tokyo Medical and Dental University. He was the director of the Acupuncture Dept. in China, a Research Fellow in the field of Herb and Acupuncture at Harvard Medical School. He is Vice Chairman of the World Manipulative Medical Association, Professor of New York College of Health Professions, Board Member of United Alliance of NYS Licensed Acupuncturists.

Victoria Acupuncture was established by Victoria Zhong, a licensed acupuncturist and cosmetologist with years of experience and expertise in both acupuncture and cosmetic care. Our practice specializes in pain management in treating, headaches, migraine, carpal tunnel syndrome, neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, arthritis, sports injuries, stress, anxiety, nervousness, and depression. Together, we use acupuncture and nutrition to bring the body and mind into balance and help you have healthier and happier lives.

Dr. Zhou is a licensed acupuncturist and neuroscientist, he received his MD from China and obtained his PhD in neuroscience from Japan. He had his resident training in Acupuncture, Orthopedics surgery and Neurology in China, he did postdoctoral research at the the Uni. of Texas. Dr. Zhou has worked in the field of brain research at New York Medical College, the Uni. of Pittsburgh, Columbia Uni, and Weill Cornell Medical College. His research interest is synaptic mechanisms, therapeutic solutions for neurologic diseases, pain, memory, and learning, possesses a strong publication record. Trilingual in English, Japanese and Mandarin.

Dawn is a Registered Dietitian, Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed her internship at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison after graduating from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. She has experience providing Medical Nutrition Therapy in clinical nutrition, hospitals, outpatient clinics and dialysis centers. She is also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Dawn’s appreciation for food started at an early age, while growing up and working in her family’s diner. This developed into a passion for nutrition and how food can help with healing and overall wellbeing.

Dr. Lana Zinger is a Professor of Nutrition, Public Health and Health Coaching. She is a well known author of many textbooks and peer reviewed research articles as well as a national speaker on health and nutrition. She holds a B.S. in Nutrition from NYU, a M.S in Nutrition and Physiology from Columbia University and a Doctorate in Health and Behavior Studies from Columbia University. She is a Registered Dietitian with many years of clinical experience including obesity, diabetes, cancer, heart disease, eating disorders. She is a Certified LEAP therapist to TEST and treat food intolerances.
