For many people, massage -- one of the oldest forms of medical therapy -- Massage therapy is one of the least non invasive therapies and can provide lasting relief without negative side effects. Massage is a great way to relieve stress, relax and rejuvenate as well as effective to relieve muscle pain. I have found that by incorporating stretching in both my relaxation massages as well as deep tissue increases relaxation, decreases stress both mentally and physically, as well as reduces muscle pain leaving the client feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
