I’m passionate about using weight-inclusive nutrition expertise to help clients facilitate body image healing and recovery from disordered eating. Aligned with the Health at Every Size principles, I believe all healthcare should be trauma informed and social justice oriented - because all people, (regardless of age, race, gender, sexual orientation/expression, abilities, & socioeconomic status) deserve appropriate and affirming care.
