I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist and a Board Certified Renal (Kidney) Nutrition Specialist. When I initially pursued a career in nutrition I was drawn to the idea that something as basic as food could have such a profound effect on health. Now my goal is to provide my clients with the most up-to-date nutrition advice backed by science, so they can feel empowered around food (even if they have a chronic disease). I was born and raised in north Florida and now reside in central Florida with my husband, son, and dog.

Richard Kim L.Ac has learned Eastern Medicine in L.A. and he studied more in Republic of Korea. And his one of the eastern medicine skills is a Chuna manipulation which is the treatment of pulling and pushing the muscle which balances your body by releasing the tensions in the muscle, ligament, disc, and vertebrae. After the Chuna manipulation, Richard Kim L.Ac helps the movement of the patient during acupuncture treatment in severe cases. This movement assistance during the acupuncture therapy eases the pain by releasing the muscles, and circulating blood very well.

I offer acupuncture, homeopathy, nutrition counseling and traditional medicine approach to healing. I am a medical doctor with extensive training in different disciplines including pain management. I find it very rewarding to treat my patients with individual approach and choose more natural treatments when possible after a correct diagnosis is established.

HI, I’m Alexis! I am a HAES aligned Registered Dietitian specializing in all forms of disordered eating, substance abuse, and medical nutrition therapy. My nutrition counseling approach would be described as weight neutral, client-centered, and evidence-based. I believe everyone has the potential to actualize a life free from the burdens of dieting, the pressure of self-criticism, and the distress of consistent body dissatisfaction. I also believe clients nutritionally affected by certain medical diagnoses can find joy in preparing meals consistent with their new version of health.

I am a Registered Dietitian originally from Tremont, IL who currently lives and works in Morton, IL. I earned a Masters of Science in Dietetics at Eastern Illinois University and worked as a Sanitarian completing Health Inspections for the local community prior to becoming a Registered Dietitian. My career path has allowed me to work in a variety of settings and gain in-depth knowledge on multiple nutrition related topics. With a background in nutrition and an active career as an RD, I am passionate about helping clients find healthy habits that coincide with their lifestyle goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Catherine obtained a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Science and has over 17 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian. Catherine has experience developing nutrition programs for a health and well-being company and a rehabilitation center. She especially enjoys the one-to-one interaction and relationship that blossoms when working with clients. During sessions with Catherine, you can expect a non-judgmental, confidential, and client centered conversation. She will meet you where you are at in your health and wellness journey and assist with setting SMART goals.

Peggy is a registered and licensed dietitian. She graduated Cum Laude with a double major in biology and psychology from Loyola University. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Illinois, with her Dietetics degree and her Masters in Public Health. Peggy has counseled thousands of patients in an outpatient setting for over 22 years. By working with Peggy, you will gain increased clarity with not only your personal nutrition goals, but also the sometimes confusing and conflicting nutrition landscape. She provides one-on-one, personalized nutrition recommendations in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

Asante is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian. She completed her clinical internship and masters degree at Rush University Medical Center after graduating from Case Western Reserve University. My name is Dr. Cobb and I have worked within healthcare for over a decade and a half. I began my clinical career in the British Military where I worked within trauma and orthopedic rehabilitation. After leaving the military I went onto study at Oxford Brookes University, Keele university of Medicine and the University of Medical Science where I completed my DO. Eric Meredith is a Registered Dietitian, Classically Trained Chef, and Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years' experience working with a wide variety of clients including Type 1 and 2 diabetics, athletes, cancer survivors, individuals with digestive disorders, and those who are looking to better manage their weight. Eric graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Master of Education. He is also a Certified Health Education Specialist. Eric enjoys working one-on-one with clients to tailor their eating habits to support their individual health.

I specialize in performance nutrition for endurance sports and assist athletes dealing with Eating Disorders and RED-S (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport). With a background in NCAA and experience in elite-level cycling, I understand the challenges athletes face in trying to reach the next level. Whether recovering from injury, addressing nutritional issues, or improving the relationship with food and body, I'm here to guide you back to peak performance.

As a former collegiate athlete, Abby is a registered dietitian passionate about the intersection of nutrition for sports performance and intuitive eating. She completed her bachelor's degree in dietetics at Olivet Nazarene University, her dietetic internship at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, and her master's degree in applied exercise science through Concordia University Chicago. Abby has experience working with youth, collegiate, and professional athletes as well as adult and adolescent eating disorder patients at multiple levels of care.

In our office we pride ourselves on providing a loving, compassionate, supportive environment to help our patients not only regain their health, vitality and youth, but also to maintain their health once regained. We provide care for children, seniors and persons of all ages. We have taken care of some of the most notable personalities in our community and have patients who come to us from long distances due to the unique approach we have to restore health.

She graduated with her Master of Science in Human Nutrition from The University of Alabama and her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from The University of Mississippi. She completed her dietetic internship from Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Megan has been practicing as a Registered Dietitian for 5 years. The first 2 years of her career as a dietitian, she specialized in meal planning, menu building, and nutrition education material development.
