Anna Petersen is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensed in the state of Illinois. She graduated with a Master of Science degree in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics and has 10+ years of clinical experience, providing Medical Nutrition Therapy to complex patients in a fast paced acute care setting. Anna’s experience as an inpatient dietitian has provided her with a strong foundation, working with various disease states as well as diverse populations throughout the lifespan.

Hyundo (a.k.a. Hans) Kim is a licensed acupuncturist in Illinois and a former professor at the prestigious Sangji University in Korea. He received his bachelor’s degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Then he graduated from Emperor's College of Traditional Oriental Medicine in Santa Monica, CA with Magna Cum Laude and spent the next eight years in Korea, working at Korean Research Institute of Geriatrics as the senior researcher and then at Sangji University.

I specialize in diabetes education and management to reduce complications and improve your quality of life. I also help people with gastrointestinal disorders. I am a Certified LEAP Therapist and can help people improve their gastrointestinal symptoms by reducing inflammation. I have also provided assistance with weight management for adults, teens and children.

Dajana Marin is a board-certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a weight-neutral and non-diet approach. She completed her bachelor’s degree and supervised practice at Dominican University and is finishing her master’s degree in applied exercise science with a concentration in sports nutrition. Dajana has experience working in a clinical and private practice settings with diverse populations and conditions. Claire Allen MS, RDN, LDN is a nutrition expert with a focus on gastrointestinal disease and disorders. She received her Master’s in Science in Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has worked in a private outpatient gastroenterology clinic the past 4+ years. Her expertise includes dietary management of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), Crohn's disease, Celiac disease, Ulcerative Colitis (UC), Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE), Congenital Sucrase Isomaltase Deficiency (CSID), Gastroparesis, GERD and low histamine diets.

Natalie is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian licensed in the state of Illinois. She attended Dominican University, where she completed her BS in Nutrition and Dietetics as well as her MS in Nutrition. Spanning her career, Natalie has worked with a wide variety of individuals, from adolescents to adults with varying health conditions. It was after working with a private practice group in Chicago that Natalie discovered her passion for helping those suffering with eating disorders or years of disordered eating patterns repair their relationship with food.

To me, healing is so much more than an academic approach telling me where to put the needles when treating a patient. My goal is to listen with my ears, mind, heart, and intuition to discover what your body and spirit need. I incorporate energy healing into my treatments to address the spiritual imbalances that contribute to physical symptoms. The first 2 years of her career as a dietitian, she specialized in meal planning, menu building, and nutrition education material development.
