She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from SUNY Oneonta, completed her dietetic internship at CUNY Queens College, and has her Master's degree in Health and Wellness Coaching. Laura is also an ACE-certified personal trainer with an Advanced Education in Gut Health certificate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
