Adena Is a Registered Dietitian who understands there is no “one-size fits all” when it comes to nutrition and takes pride in helping each patient develop a personalized plan that works for them. Adena focuses on balance through sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes vs. a strict dieting approach. In addition to designing a sustainable nutrition plan, she will also work with you to prioritize other foundational aspects of health, such as stress management, sleep hygiene, and physical activity. I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator. My goal is to help clients make peace with food. Jamie is a Registered Dietitian with Health Loft who takes a compassionate approach to nutrition therapy by meeting people where they are in their personal journeys and helping them make incremental changes in order to restore a peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. She understands the harmful nature of diet culture and takes an approach to nutrition therapy that is both affirming and sustainable. She will tailor a treatment plan based in an individual’s specific needs and goals, always striving towards a place of recovery and growth.

I specialize in weight loss nutritional counseling, vegetarian/vegan, sports nutrition, and strength, balance, and flexibility training. It is important to like what you're eating, and it doesn't have to all be health food. We discuss what you can eat more than what you can't. People become overweight for reasons other than knowledge and eat for reasons other than nourishment. Nutrition counseling is an client-driven exploratory process that teaches a lot about you and why you do what you do.
