I have always been interested in nutrition, but becoming an adult and watching patients struggle and myself struggle with nutrition and health, I made it my mission to harmoniously marry health and realistic nutrition expectations, so that it wouldn't be so daunting, but also so people (and myself) would be successful. I’m here to help you with whatever nutrition needs you have – I’ve seen and helped it all! I especially love focusing on weight management, improved health and hormones, disease prevention and management, sustainable eating practices, and healthy relationships with food.
