I work with clients of all ages to live their healthiest and happiest life. I work with people for women's health in midlife, sports nutrition, weight management, gut and food sensitivity health, chronic disease management, pregnancy, and every aspect of wellness in a functional medicine model. I can help you achieve attainable results while getting off of the constant cycle of yo-yo dieting and feeling unwell. I have studied years of functional medicine training and have certifications in UESCA sports coaching as well as food sensitivity testing and am currently studying for my CSSD.
I offer support and education, delivered in a way that my clients have described as understandable and in depth, so you are feeling better and performing your best. I'll look at all aspects of your lifestyle, history and we can add functional gut, hormone or food testing if needed..
I come from a place of knowledge and passion coupled with empathy.
