As as seasoned nutritionist I have worked with a wide range of people from executives and parents to athletes and performing artists, and anyone who loves to eat and wants to learn. My whole foods therapeutic approach and targeted supplemental use are the key to my practice.

I have spent the last 15 years working as Registered Nurse and have worked in a variety of hospital settings. In 2014 I spent 3 months in rural Nepal volunteering in a fast paced clinic, treating a wide-range of diseases. I love being challenged and working with all types of patients. My passion is to offer exceptional and affordable care to the community.

Hello! I'm Mikaela and I am a non-diet dietitian. I am passionate about helping my clients develop an intuitive relationship with food while letting go of diet culture, body shame, and perfectionism. I am committed to assisting clients repair their relationship with food and exercise while using trauma-informed, size-inclusive, and client-centered approaches to care. I work with adults and adolescents ages 13 and up who struggle with a variety of disordered eating and body image concerns. With several years of experience in eating disorder treatment, I have helped many clients just like you heal their relationship with food.

I am a naturopathic physician specializing in digestive health, women's health and integrative oncology. I also treat chronic illnesses such as chronic fatigue, and autoimmune disorders. I have a wide breadth and depth of experience and love caring for people with all sorts of problems, from chronic illness to performing annual physicals and other primary care functions. I have a growing practice of all ages. I enjoy working with people to unravel the symptoms they are experiencing. I've found that often the symptoms we are experiencing aren't always directly related to the area in the body with the dysfunction. Sometimes we have to treat several different parts of the body in order to treat our symptoms in other areas. The modalities I use not only work to treat the cause of the problem, but they also help the body to heal itself, which are two of the foundational principles of naturopathic medicine.

Dr. Adam Geiger is a naturopathic physician specializing in musculoskeletal ultrasound and orthopedic medicine. Dr. Geiger graduated from the University of Michigan with an honors degree in biochemistry and completed the Naturopathic Medicine program at Bastyr University in 2005. He was selected for a two year residency in nutritional and orthopedic medicine with Thomas Dorman, MD at the Paracelsus Clinic and was trained in Cyriax orthopedics and prolotherapy. He remained on staff there until 2009 and in 2010 he started his private practice in Seattle specializing in regenerative and orthopedic medicine.

Sofia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), Hormonal Imbalances (PCOS, etc.), and interested in Sports Nutrition. Sofia is passionate about helping others build a positive relationship with food and their bodies. Nutrition is not one-size-fits all, and Sofia believes in the importance of having a client-centered approach and providing personalized nutrition care. Her past experiences have driven her desire to help others reach lifestyle changes in a sustainable and practical way.

Emily practices out of Health Loft and specializes in working with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Plant Based Diets, Digestive Issues, Body Image Concerns and other conditions. She strongly believes that all foods fit and strives to help clients in their food freedom journey. Using a weight neutral and non-judgemental approach, Emily believes that health is multifactorial and will work to see you as a person, rather than a diagnosis. Emily has spent the majority of her career in higher levels of care for eating disorder treatment (RES, PHP, IOP) treating various eating disorders diagnoses.

I am a licensed naturopathic physician that practices integrative primary care. My special interests encompass cardiovascular disease, endocrine conditions (diabetes, PCOS, thyroid disorders), gastrointestinal conditions (GERD, SIBO/IFO, IBS, IBD), mental health (anxiety, depression), and women’s health. I love combining the standards of care with evidence-based diet, nutrition, exercise, botanical medicine, and mind-body techniques to treat a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions.

Amanda Diede is a master's level Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 8+ years experience working with eating disorders. She is truly passionate about this work and believes recovery from an eating disorder is possible for everyone.
