I've been a registered dietitian for over 17 years and for the last 12 years have worked with children and families to improve their health with practical approach. I enjoy working with families to provide tools and resources for raising happy and mindful eaters.

Ellen Syversen, MPH, NTP, MRWP is a health educator and functional, holistic nutritionist with over 13 years experience working with hundreds of busy individuals to restore energy, resolve digestive issues, and optimize hormone balance. For Ellen, it all comes down to discovering the root cause of a client's symptoms. She is a skilled nutritional detective and provides her clients with a personalized, step-by-step plan to address blocking factors while rebalancing and strengthening the body. She sees clients nationwide via phone and Zoom, and offers functional testing in order to customize diet, lifestyle and supplement programs.
