My own experiences with diet culture and disordered eating influenced my first years as a dietitian working with those in recovery from eating disorders and disordered eating. As I’ve progressed in my career my passion remains around supporting individuals in healing their relationship with food but also has expanded to include family nutrition – learning how to feed you or your family in a way that is enjoyable, affordable, and in line with your values and health goals.
