Since graduation, I was the sports acupuncturist for Cirque du Soleil, La Nouba and the Orlando Predators. I have helped people recover from injuries, chronic pain and also corrected irregular menstrual cycles and helped women struggling with various fertility issues to conceive. Acupuncture increases microcirculation, improves heart rate variability, vagal tone and reduces the stress response by calming the nervous system.

So it's mandatory to lengthen the muscles to get them working properly. I then do a deep neck and back sports massage combining Muscle Release Technique and other modalities.
