Massage therapy is not a luxury but an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Bringing the body into better alignment allows you to move, sit and sleep without the stress of nagging pain, increasing efficiency in work and play. In my practice, your massage is just that - your massage, responsive to you and your body. I am a graduate of the Brian Utting School of Massage and the Vodder School International and a lifelong learner, embracing continuing education as a means of expanding my skills.

After extensive research and dissection of the human body during my undergraduate studies in Kinesiology at the University of Colorado, I went on to study massage therapy in Washington. Learning and understanding the fascial system in its intricate detail led to a curiosity and deep passion for healing both physical pain and injury as well as emotional holding patterns. I utilize this knowledge and experience to heal your body with a deep cellular stretching that allows your body to unwind and function efficiently. I enjoy working with athletes, injuries, pregnant women as well as those seeking some relaxation time to heal.
