I help people improve the way they feel in their everyday lives, function better, relieve pain and tightness, and move through plateaus to their next fitness or athletic goals. We as humans can get used to tightness, pain, or limited functioning without fully realizing it. We are very adaptable and resilient to continuing on in some way even if we have pain, tightness, or are at a plateau. What do you want to do more of in your life that you feel limited in doing? Through Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy, we find and treat the cause of the pain, lack of functioning or plateau for long lasting fulfilling results. I have found that many times a missing piece for people is experiencing the profound benefits of deeply releasing the body, freeing up the restrictions and feeling a sense of spaciousness.

I use an individualized approach that values the uniqueness of each body's journey and how to address the specific restrictions that are causing the symptoms you are experiencing. I have decades of experience in healing, energy, movement, dance, exercise, mind-body connection, and meditation bringing a multifaceted approach to each client I see.

The best results come from skillfully giving your body the right pressures (light to deep) and techniques so your body feels safe to release and let go as opposed to forcing or working against your body.
