I am comfortable helping folks with anything painful that they can't quite work through on their own. Whether it's emotional, physical, or trauma-related, I have the skill set to work with a wide range of problems. My primary goal is to help people develop the capacity for all of their experiences, whether it's life transitions, chronic pain, autoimmune, or new pain patterns: issues with the head, neck, shoulders, TMJ, ribs, stomach, sacrum, low back, pelvis/glutes, or legs. A lot of my clients improve and get better from problems that haven't been resolved with other therapists or modalities.
