For the past 24 years, I have been involved with deep relaxation therapy, stress management and the reduction of chronic pain. I use Swedish massage, myofacial release, deep tissue, and Trigger Point Therapy to reduce tension and eliminate muscle aches and pains. I graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2006. I have experience working at a Day Spa, a high-end Gym, in a corporate setting, and currently at a Chiropractic office. Each client presents as a unique case. I treat female and male clients from teens to seniors.
