The European treatment incorporates various modalities. It is based on the Swedish form and can incorporate Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Acupressure, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage and Reflexology (all oils used are pure and natural). A treatment is no less than 1 hour.
Amma (eastern-Chinese) is a structured massage therapy which addresses 12 primary channels, with combined energy points within those channels. The primary benefit is the clearing of Chi (energy) stagnation. As a result, various pathologies can be addressed. Clients can wear loose clothing for this treatment.
