I've been practicing massage/bodywork for over 10 years, but my exploration into self-care and well-being dates back to my copy editor/proofreading days when long hours, tight deadlines, and the increasing use of technology was shifting our world to the 24/7 culture it is today.
So far, I've certified in Muscular Therapy, Myofascial Release & Soft Tissue Mobilization, Neuromuscular Therapy, Essential Thai Yoga Massage, Pregnancy Massage, and Shamballa Reiki. I also have professional experience in Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Sports Massage, Accupressure, and various forms of energy healing.
I've studied many aspects of health/healing and mind-body wellness. Energy healing, meditation, diet & exercise, aromatherapy, herbalism, journaling, and even the power of crystals, among other areas of interest, have all become a part of my life and my healing practice.
