As a Occupational Therapist, Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist ,and Massage Therapist, I provide a compassionate, integrative approach to healing that honors both the mind and body. I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation. My goal is to help clients reclaim safety, agency, and connection within themselves and their environment.

Through a trauma-informed lens, I blend evidence-based approaches like CBT and somatic techniques with therapeutic bodywork to support: • Nervous system regulation • Emotional processing and resilience • Reconnection with the body after trauma • Coping strategies for anxiety, depression, and chronic pain

Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, anxious, shut down, or stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand. Together, we explore those experiences through a trauma-informed lens with compassion, curiosity, and no judgment.
