Several years back I experienced chronic muscle pain throughout my entire neck and shoulders. After tiring out from ibuprophen and heavy medications, I discovered the benefits of massage therapy and holistic healing. It changed my life so much, I became a Massage Therapist. Today, 20 years in practice and experience with Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Orthopedics, Physical Therapists and Pilate Instructors, my techniques and knowledge of the body have grown tremendously. Whether a sport or personal injury, chronic muscle pain; or suffer from mental trauma and need centering, our session together will bring you relief, guaranteed!
Specializing in many techniques: OMT - Osteopathic Manipulation Therapy Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release Therapy (MRT), Trigger Point Therapy, Cranial Sacral, Sports Massage, Prenatal/Postnatal/Infant, and Table-top Thai Massage. All combined with PNF and myofascial stretching!
I am available for therapy by appointment only with 24 hours notice. My studio is comfy and clean located in Cooper City, Griffin and Nob Hill. Hours Available: Mon-Fri 8:30am-1:30pm/3-7pm, Sat 10am-5pm. Closed Sundays. Thank you for your professionalism and cooperation.
