With a background in movement based performance art and dance, I quickly became passionate about bodywork therapies.I have worked as a massage instructor teaching clinical massage therapy, and as a practicing massage therapist working with athletes from all of the U.S. managing pain and muscular alignment to community members interested in relaxation. I continue to collaborate with healthcare practitioners and healers to bring balance to the body and the mind while providing the highest quality, professional, therapeutic massage to each client.
