My goal as a massage therapist is pain prevention and early recognition of common strain patterns before they become pain patterns. I accomplish this through structural assessments; focusing on myoskeletal symmetry and customizing your care through implementing modalities which are known to work for myofascial pain and myoskeletal alignment. Clinical therapeutic sessions may be accompanied with heat, cryotherapy, and stretching/strengthening.
I'm a Dalton Master Myoskeletal Alignment Technique therapist. I'm also certified in cupping-by-Cupping Canada. Cupping is an ancient form of body work that uses negative pressure to release fascial restrictions, holding patterns, limited range of motion, muscle pain and inflammation.
Having experience in both clinical and spa settings, I guarantee you a fusion of elements that promote relaxation while areas of your complaints will be addressed. My sessions include aromatherapy & hot towels. Add-ons are complementary.
