I take great care to explore with each patient what technique is going to work best for them. I specialize in myofascial release which then usually leads to trigger point and deep tissue work followed by Active Isolated Stretching(AIS). I also use Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)on a regular basis.I am also a certified Bowenwork Practitioner. Bowenwork is a point specific light touch therapy that enables the body to rebalance itself. I continue to be amazed by power of this method.

I launched my private practice in 1996. Since 2015 my continuing studies have encompassed in-depth explorations in anatomy & physiology through Kinections, Inc. (Sacramento CA) & Bay Grass Institute (Lutherville MD). With this enhanced understanding I'm able to combine the various modalities I'm trained & certified into an integrative somatic therapy. In your initial appointment there will be a review of your health history, discussion of your goals, relevant assessments, & a hands-on treatment. Subsequent appointments can be scheduled for 60, 75, or 90 minutes depending on your needs.
