That experience sparked a life long interest in acupuncture and pain management. I have studied many styles of acupuncture and specialize in pain alleviation. Barry L. Gommer Jr. has spent his life bridging the eastern and western healing modalities. For over thirty five years Barry has been studying Chinese martial arts and Qi Gong with a background in fitness and an extensive knowledge of Classical Chinese Medicine which includes: Acupuncture, Herbal therapy, Tuina (Chinese Medical Massage), and nutrition.. Currently he is working on a two-year intensive Doctorate program in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine with a focus on Classical Chinese Medicine, Orthopedics, and Cancer Research.
