She received her MD degree from Heilongjiang University of TCM in 1982 and completed her Master degree in acupuncture at Shanghai University of TCM in 1988. From 08/1988-09/1993, Dr. Guo worked at Shanghai Longhua Hospital of Shanghai University of TCM as an attending physician.
