Whenever possible, I believe in choosing a natural path to health and I emphasize the same for my patients. I find that acupuncture and homeopathy are powerful modalities in restoring the physiological and energetic balance in the body. I view illness and pain as an injury to one's vital force (Qi, life energy). Rather than reactively attack the disease or injury, my approach to acupuncture is to restore health and balance in the vital force, which in turn allows the body to heal itself.

I received my education and training in Traditional Chinese Medicine(MD), in China, Liaoning Province. My post-graduate master studies included work at Chengdu University, Sichuan Province. I have held the position of Head of Accupuncture Department at two teaching universities in China. In Philadelphia, I briefly worked at the University of Pennsylvania, Children's Hospital. If you are dealing with a symptom that does not want to go away or a symptom that nobody can identify, please try acupuncture. It can give great results, even with stubborn and chronic conditions.
