The goal to overall health and well being is to balance our stressful professional careers, our personal lives and our body's basic and essential nutritional requirements, all of which can be difficult to manage. Studies have shown that long term stress can alter the intricate homeostasis of the brain's chemical and hormonal output, affecting every aspect of our body, from the function of internal organs to our bone structure to our connective tissue.
