I have been in practice in the United States for over 30 years and have extensive experience treating patients of varying ages and health conditions, from children to the elderly, and from professional athletes to those with chronic debilitating conditions. I have created my own style of treating chronic neck/shoulder and sciatic pain, it has been more successful then traditional acupuncture.

Dr. Luo brings to her practice of acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) years of experience in both China and the United States. Luo’s years as a teacher and practitioner in hospitals, specialized clinics and private practice enable her to blend a compassionate understanding of patient needs with a balanced and sensible vision of health and healing through acupuncture and TCM. Richard Kim L.Ac has learned Eastern Medicine in L.A. and he studied more in Republic of Korea. And his one of the eastern medicine skills is a Chuna manipulation which is the treatment of pulling and pushing the muscle which balances your body by releasing the tensions in the muscle, ligament, disc, and vertebrae. After the Chuna manipulation, Richard Kim L.Ac helps the movement of the patient during acupuncture treatment in severe cases. This movement assistance during the acupuncture therapy eases the pain by releasing the muscles, and circulating blood very well.

I offer acupuncture, homeopathy, nutrition counseling and traditional medicine approach to healing. I am a medical doctor with extensive training in different disciplines including pain management. I find it very rewarding to treat my patients with individual approach and choose more natural treatments when possible after a correct diagnosis is established.

She received her Ph.D. from Juntendo Medical School in Japan, has been a research scientist at University of Wisconsin Medical School. She has 20 years of clinical and medical research experience.
