My patients want to have a deeper connection and understanding with themselves and their health. I am here to facilitate the healing process - to help balance the body, stimulate the healing mechanisms, be a catalyst - you are the one doing the healing. It is your choice to want to feel better, seek a practitioner who resonates with you, and then integrate the knowledge for better health you've gained through the healing process. My passion is to help women of all ages progress through life's changes and challenges with grace and by honoring their bodies. It is my desire to help patients with their concerns through treatment, exercise and lifestyle recommendations, and by providing new insight into women's health and wellness.
I offer acupuncture combined with CranioSacral Therapy in my treatments. I don't divide my time between two or more patients. I intentionally create a healing space for you to feel safe and comfortable during your treatment and believe that the presence of a practitioner will facilitate your healing process.
