I am so glad that acupuncture, which has a long successful history in east, is now serving in west. More and more Americans are experiencing the power of acupuncture and oriental medicine. I graduated from a top Chinese medical school in Beijing and have more than 20 years of experience in both acupuncture and Chinese herbs.

My primary goal is to provide our patients with a broader understanding of health and a more lasting sense of well-being. Instead of the traditional disease-centered focus of conventional medicine, Naturopathy and Traditional Chinese Medicine apply a patient-centered approach that addresses the whole person rather than simply his symptoms.We combine the discipline of modern science with the wisdom of ancient healing and take advantage of the knowledge of several disciplines including acupuncture,Chinese herbal medicine, dietary therapy, healing touch, TuiNa therapy, psychology, Traditional Chinese Medicine and more.

I have been in practice in the United States for over 30 years and have extensive experience treating patients of varying ages and health conditions, from children to the elderly, and from professional athletes to those with chronic debilitating conditions. I have created my own style of treating chronic neck/shoulder and sciatic pain, it has been more successful then traditional acupuncture.

I am a Level 3 graduate of the Neuro-Acupuncture Institute and I specialize in Neuro-Acupuncture. Neuro-Acupuncture is a marriage of time-tested tradition and space-age science. It integrates Acupuncture with knowledge of brain and nervous systems functioning. It is safe, non-invasive and creates good results. An effective therapy for stroke rehabilitation, Neuro-Acupuncture helps many other problems, including Essential Tremor, Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Traumatic Brain Injury, Migraines, Anxiety, Loss of Taste and Smell, Aphasia, and Complex Regional Pain. With the extended experience from his father, while he has treated a numerous conditions such as chronic pains, Bell's palsy, post-stroke, migraine, allergies, digestive conditions, women's issues, and stress, his practice ultimately focuses on improving the overall well-being and health of the patient and thus quality of life, rather than just isolated treatment of specific symptoms. His goal of patient care is to help his patients to restore the balance and harmony among the physical, mindful, and spiritual domains of the whole person.

Laurie is the founder and chief executive manager of Insight EAP LLC. She is a licensed clinical social worker as well as a licensed acupuncturist who practices integrative health care in Chicago and Park Ridge, IL. Her integrative approach is one that incorporates psychotherapy, Chinese Medicine, nutritional counseling, and exercise, treating the mind - body in a truly holistic way.

Dr. Xie (Dr. J) is a national board certified acupuncturist and herbalist (NCCAOM Diplomate of Oriental Medicine). Dr. J is a licensed acupuncturist in Illinois and Wisconsin. He practiced traditional and conventional medicine in China from 1985 to 2005 as a physician and professor at Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. He has practiced acupuncture in USA since 2005. He currently is a Professor and a clinical supervisor at the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine. His training includes 5 years of medical school, 3 years of residency, 7 years of postgraduate training in traditional and conventional medicine.

Dr. Kaiyan Luo studied under Jiwu Chen, one of China's most famous doctors of traditional Chinese medicine. Dr. Luo studied both Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine. He graduated from Guangxi University of TCM. Dr. Luo practiced both Medicine for 5 years before moving to the United States in 2001. 22 years of work experience in clinical practice and supervision. He prescribes personalized treatment plan for each patient by the Chinese medicine. He succeed to reduce pain for pinched nerve bulge disc herniated disc, arthritis, and muscle spasm. naturally reducing anxiety depression.

Dr. Luo brings to her practice of acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) years of experience in both China and the United States. Luo’s years as a teacher and practitioner in hospitals, specialized clinics and private practice enable her to blend a compassionate understanding of patient needs with a balanced and sensible vision of health and healing through acupuncture and TCM. Dr. Luo is a frequent lecturer to physicians and acupuncturists. She gained national attention for successfully bringing a Lupus patient into remission, as reported by the U.S. News and World Report.

Richard Kim L.Ac has learned Eastern Medicine in L.A. and he studied more in Republic of Korea. And his one of the eastern medicine skills is a Chuna manipulation which is the treatment of pulling and pushing the muscle which balances your body by releasing the tensions in the muscle, ligament, disc, and vertebrae. After the Chuna manipulation, Richard Kim L.Ac helps the movement of the patient during acupuncture treatment in severe cases. This movement assistance during the acupuncture therapy eases the pain by releasing the muscles, and circulating blood very well.

At AcuWell LLC, Dr. Shore uses an individualized, holistic approach to treat chronic health issues such as pain, infertility, fatigue, anxiety, depression, and weight loss. Dr. Shore has completed a four-year Doctorate program in Naturopathic Medicine and a three-year Master's program in Oriental Medicine/Acupuncture. Her advanced training in both eastern and western natural medicine makes her a great fit for chronic disorders and infertility.

I have successfully treated thousands of patients since graduating in 2007. I run a busy practice in Naperville, Illinois and specialize in all women's health issues, pain, cancer care and autoimmune diseases. Each person receives one on one attention and care at our clinic. I've studied Oriental medicine all around the world including Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong China, where I worked alongside many great scholars and MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston Texas. Strength of acupuncture stimulation should be considered carefully for each patient. Regardless of pain nature, acupuncture is an excellent modality for pain relief and management. I have practiced acupuncture over 26 years and taught the students at the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago for 5 years. I have been the health advisor for various live radio health programs for Seoul Radio Broadcasting and KBI Radio Station in Chicago for 9 years.
