Integrating nutritional counseling and herbs, yoga stretches, and exercise, we work together to create a balanced, integrated wellness program. With reasonable, attainable goals.
Using coaching techniques together, we create a framework --creating your attainable wellness program. I have dedicated the last twenty years working in the cancer community resulting in unique and supportive care for patients going through treatment. My own personal experience informs a deep understanding of what is feels like to be a patient.
