Born and raised in China, I graduated from the Medical School of Chengdu Sports University, where I received my Bachelors degree in Medicine, with an emphasis on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). I worked for several years as a certified orthopedic surgeon, acupuncture, and massage physician. I am a NCCAOM board-certified acupuncturist and also have a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy as a result of my continued U.S. education.
