After receiving my masters and doctorate and teaching in my early career, I chose to follow a deeper passion through Oriental Medicine and received my Masters Degree in Acupuncture, Herbology and Oriental Medicine from the New York College for Wholistic Health, Education and Research and received my National Diplomate in Acupuncture from the NCCAOM.

He holds a PhD in Integrative Medicine from Shanghai Second Medical University (3 years), a Masters in Acupuncture and Moxibustion from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) (3 years in the Department of Acupuncture) and is trained as an Acupuncturist and Chinese Medical Doctor (Bachelor degree) at Hunan University of TCM (5 years in the Department of Acupuncture).
