"Can I be freed from this chronic pain?" Yes, I can help. "Isn't acupuncture too painful?" No. I use painless needling technic, so you will feel almost nothing. Patients with needle phobia are welcomed! My focus is to relieve the pain of my patients, whether it's physical or mental, or whether it's snack pain or depression. I use not only traditional acupuncture and herbs, but also modern treatment methods like scalp acupuncture, and ear acupuncture. Weak memory issue patients or Parkinson's disease patients will be amazed with the result through these new treatments.

20 years ago, a fifty years old male patient came to my clinic and asked for a few minutes of conversation with me. He was injured at work, suffering disabling headaches, stress, backaches and knees pain. I treated him with electroacupuncture, cupping and lamp once a week. Two months later, he got rid of MD's drugs and went back to work. His name is William.

I practice acupuncture according to a person's constitution. For example, two people may come in with similar problems, but are treated differently because their underlying causes may be different. My style not only treats the chief complaint, but is also excellent in regulating other minor problems that the patient suffers from. I specialize in treating pain management: from headaches to heel spur, anxiety & depression, allergies, asthma, infertility and feminine disorders. Use of herbal medicine may be used to enhance the treatment. It is very powerful, and does not have side effects like western medicine does.

Acupuncture in 11354 - is it right for me?
Acupuncture is based on the concepts of oriental medicine or traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and is one of the oldest healing practices in the world. 11354 acupuncturists are health care professionals who evaluate and treat the many conditions, aches and pains that respond to acupuncture.

Acupuncturists insert very fine acupuncture needles into the body. The purpose of the needles is to stimulate acupuncture points or meridians. The needles do not inject any substance into your body and are so fine as to be virtually impossible to feel. In some cases, acupuncture may be accompanied by electrical stimulation or the burning of moxa, a form of heat therapy. Or use acupressure, where physical pressure is applied by hand or elbow to trigger points with the aim of clearing blockages in these meridians.

'Accupuncture' and 'Accupuncturist' are common mis-spellings.
Credentials for 11354 licensed acupuncturists?
A licensed acupuncturist in 11354 needs a minimum of two years college education and must complete three years of professional training and pass the State's approved licensing examination. The three year program includes both theory and hands-on clinical practice. Most States' professional training programs are accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ACAOM) and by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
