Sarah studied dietetics at the University of Guelph receiving both her Bachelor’s in Applied Human Nutrition and Master’s of Applied Nutrition and has continued education in ‘FODMAP and IBS Training’, ‘Eating Disorder Sensitivity Training’, and ‘Digestive Disorders & Eating Disorders’. Sarah is currently the adult dietitian expert at Happy Bellies Nutrition working along side two other dietitians that special in digestive concerns. As well as the in house dietitian at Carly Crawford Psychotherapy with a clinical focus on counselling individuals living with eating disorders.
Our mission is to provide comprehensive and compassionate support for individuals impacted by digestive troubles and eating disorders to find symptom relief and food freedom. Our approach is evidence-based, holistic and individualized, always considering the unique needs of each patient.
