I use a holistic and intuitive approach for all my sessions. For pregnancies, I work with women throughout the whole pregnancy and for post partum. As well with the child and any older adolescent through picky eating and intro to solids/allergies. The may include taking a look a blood work for nutrient deficiencies, new resources and ideas for meals and strategies.
