Understanding a new diagnosis and navigating conflicting nutrition information online can feel overwhelming. As a registered dietitian, I take the time to hear your story and learn about what you are looking to gain on your wellness journey. When working together, I also take into consideration dietary preferences, lifestyle and culture to provide recommendations specifically tailored for you. We will collaborate together to create a practical nutrition plan that will leave you with the tools and confidence for long-term, sustainable success.
My areas of focus include digestive health (IBS, GERD, colitis, diverticulitis), plant-based nutrition, intuitive eating, cholesterol + blood pressure management and meal planning. In addition, I am a Craving Change® certified practitioner who helps clients manage emotional eating and am trained on the use of a low FODMAP diet for IBS by Monash University.
