Hi! I'm Inderpreet, a bilingual Registered Dietitian with a focus on PCOS, ADHD, hormone health, GLP-1 medication nutrition, weight management, and South Asian diets. I believe that nutrition is more than just "hitting macros". Through my clinical experience, I've seen how closely food, physical and mental health are intertwined. You need someone who will consider both your nutrition and mental health, or else diet changes won't stick! Supporting close friends and family with PCOS and ADHD has deepened my understanding of how challenging it can be to live with these conditions while juggling everyday life.
I offer warm, evidence-based nutrition support with a special focus on women who may feel unheard, overwhelmed, or have just "tried everything". Whether you're managing PCOS, ADHD, hormone imbalances, or weight concerns, I'm here to help you feel more confident and in control. I will also never shame or judge what you are eating.
