I am a Naturopathic Doctor & Birth Doula passionate about helping people feel their best. I have a particular focus on the perinatal period of a family's life, supporting families through fertility, pregnancy, childbirth and childhood. I have also worked with many women as they navigate the murky waters of menopause. I use functional testing and in depth interviews to determine the root cause of symptoms, then I can apply my skills and knowledge in nutrition, herbal medicine, acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, hydrotherapy and homeopathy to develop a personalized treatment plan.
As a mother of 3 myself I love to work with babies and children, assisting in getting them started on the healthiest path and treating acute illnesses as they come up for quicker recovery and fewer recurrences.
I am also trained in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture, a non-surgical, all natural anti-aging face lift.
